Beef Boys is a subscription-based meat delivery service specializing in locally sourced, premium Arizona beef. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. By placing an order, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current.

Our delivery service is currently available only within the continental United States. We reserve the right to restrict delivery to certain zip codes or regions based on shipping and freshness logistics.

Beef Boys operates on a flexible subscription model. When you subscribe, you agree to receive recurring deliveries of beef products based on the box size and frequency you select at checkout.

You may pause, skip, modify, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled billing date to avoid being charged for that cycle.

We reserve the right to modify subscription plans, pricing, or box contents with reasonable notice. If you do not agree to material changes, you may cancel your subscription without penalty.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to applicable taxes and shipping fees, which will be clearly displayed at checkout.

By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the subscription amount and any applicable fees on each billing cycle. You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date.

Failed payments may result in a temporary suspension of your subscription until the issue is resolved. We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions with repeated payment failures.

We work with trusted shipping partners to deliver your beef in temperature-controlled packaging designed to maintain freshness. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary based on your location, carrier delays, or weather conditions.

It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the package or that it can be left in a safe location. Beef Boys is not liable for product quality issues resulting from packages being left unattended for extended periods in unsafe conditions.

If your package arrives damaged or in compromised condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos so we can assess the situation and make it right.

All of our beef is sourced from Arizona ranch families we know and trust, and processed according to strict quality standards. Products are frozen or freshly packed at peak quality before shipment.

Because our products are perishable, we cannot accept returns of opened or thawed items. However, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are unhappy with the quality of any product, please reach out and we will work with you on a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been processed and shipped. Refunds or replacements are considered on a case-by-case basis for the following situations:

• Orders canceled before processing
• Products damaged in transit
• Incorrect items shipped
• Quality concerns reported promptly

To request a refund or replacement, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse our services.

All content on the Beef Boys website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and branding, is the property of Beef Boys or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Beef Boys and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the total amount you paid to Beef Boys in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
